Project management

A total approach, and the implementation of complex intralogistics systems for production and distribution, are the core competences of psb. The execution of sophisticated total systems requires the smooth integration of the individual components into the overall idea. This applies for the integration of all material flow system components, and for the consistent flow of facts and data. The project manager plays a key role in this process. He co-ordinates the individual works and is the »interface« between psb and the customer.
