New psb service center at Bischofsheim / Germany
Good news – not only for former customers of Gärtner Transporttechnik GmbH: The extensive product integration of the expert supplier of overhead conveyor technology into the psb system structure has been completed. Not only regular customers are now given support for system extensions, repairs and spare parts; Gärtner system components are also applied in solutions designed for new customers.
A positive »secondary effect« is that we now offer all psb customers an additional service center: At the former Gärtner headquarters in Bischofsheim, Germany, psb employees support our customers all around after sales.
Within very short time, psb service engineers are able to connect to psb system installations across the world, via online remote maintenance access, and to analyze system failures. In most cases, such failures (often caused by operators, third parties or external circumstances) can be eliminated online. If on-site support is required, service engineers from the psb headquarters in Pirmasens and other experts from national and international service centers are available.
psb supports its customers directly and competently, online or on site, without call center in-between answering your calls.
